At Shukr Retreats, we are committed to providing transformative wellness experiences and personalized coaching programs. We invest significant time, planning, and resources into preparing each retreat and session to ensure that every participant receives the highest quality of care and attention.

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer any returns, cancellations, or refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or personal circumstances
  • Travel restrictions or missed travel arrangements
  • Illness or medical reasons
  • Failure to attend all or part of a retreat or coaching session
  • Scheduling conflicts
  • Acts of God, weather disruptions, or other unforeseen events

Important Booking Terms

1. All Sales Are Final

Once a payment has been made for any of our retreats, coaching programs, or services, it is considered final and non-refundable. This includes full payments as well as deposits or part-payments.

2. Non-Transferable

Retreat and coaching program bookings are non-transferable to other individuals or future events unless explicitly stated in writing by Shukr Retreats. Exceptions may be made solely at our discretion.

3. Retreat Postponement or Rescheduling

In the rare event that a retreat or session is postponed or rescheduled by Shukr Retreats (e.g., due to minimum participant requirements not being met or unforeseen logistical issues), participants will be offered:

  • The option to transfer their payment to a future date, or
  • A credit voucher for future use with our services.

No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

4. Medical Disclaimer

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and mentally fit to attend any retreat or coaching session. While we aim to support your wellness journey, our offerings are not substitutes for professional medical advice or treatment.

Exceptional Situations

We understand that life is unpredictable. While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we may review exceptional cases on a discretionary basis only. However, this does not imply a guarantee of refund or credit.

By Booking With Us, You Agree To This Policy

By registering for a retreat, purchasing a coaching program, or engaging with any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Returns & Refunds Policy in full.
