Welcome to Shukr Retreats (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a unit of Shurouq Global Health Pvt. Ltd. By accessing or using our website www.shukrretreats.com (the “Site”), booking any of our services, or participating in any of our programs, you (“you”, “participant”, “client”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”).

Please read this Agreement carefully. By using the Site or our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms without modification.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to book or participate in our services. By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you are legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Services Offered

Shukr Retreats provides holistic health services through:

  • Wellness Retreats
  • Health & Wellness Coaching
  • Online Resources and Educational Content

We reserve the right to change, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time without prior notice.

3. Booking Policy

3.1 Reservation Process

  • All bookings must be made via the official website or approved communication channels (email/WhatsApp).
  • Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

3.2 Pricing

  • Prices are listed in INR for Indian clients and USD for international clients.
  • Prices may change without notice prior to booking confirmation.

4. NO REFUND POLICY

All payments made to Shukr Retreats are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Participant cancellations
  • No-shows
  • Personal emergencies
  • Changes in travel plans
  • Illness, injury, or COVID-19-related issues
  • Visa denials or travel restrictions
  • Natural disasters, strikes, or acts of God

We highly recommend purchasing independent travel insurance that covers cancellations, interruptions, and medical emergencies.

4.1 Transfer Policy

Subject to availability and written approval, you may request to transfer your booking to a different retreat or another individual. Transfer requests must be submitted at least 30 days before the scheduled retreat.

5. Retreat Participation and Responsibilities

By booking a retreat, you agree to:

  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines provided by retreat staff.
  • Act respectfully and responsibly toward other participants, staff, and local communities.
  • Acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in physical and experiential activities that may involve inherent risks.

We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior disrupts the retreat experience or violates our policies. No refund will be provided in such cases.

6. Health Disclaimer and Assumption of Risk

Our services are complementary and not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. You are responsible for ensuring you are medically and physically fit to participate.

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You understand the potential physical, mental, and emotional demands of participation.
  • You assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to injury, illness, or discomfort.
  • You release Shukr Retreats, its staff, and partners from any liability related to your participation.

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay, alteration, or cancellation due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Acts of God
  • War, terrorism, or political instability
  • Government restrictions or health advisories
  • Natural disasters or pandemics
  • Transportation or accommodation failures

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Shukr Retreats, including logos, text, course materials, videos, images, and retreat content, is the intellectual property of Shurouq Global Health Pvt. Ltd.

You agree not to:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without written consent.
  • Use our content for commercial purposes without authorization.

9. Coaching Services

Our holistic coaching programs are for personal development and lifestyle enhancement purposes only. They are not clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic in nature. You are responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.

We reserve the right to refuse coaching to any individual without providing a reason.

10. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Site and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described therein.

11. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to:

  • Show respect and cultural sensitivity
  • Follow retreat guidelines and facilitators’ instructions
  • Refrain from illegal or inappropriate behavior

Failure to comply may result in immediate dismissal from the retreat without refund.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of India.

13. Modifications to These Terms

Shukr Retreats reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of the Site or our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
